What is a snail mail club?
A snail mail club is a subscription where you receive real mail! Hand-written letters and other physical goodies delivered to your physical inbox. It brings back the joy of receiving physical mail with some good old waiting.
What is the Midnight Library Snail Mail Club?
The Midnight Library Snail Mail Club is a recurring mail experience. Members receive quarterly letters and creative pieces.
What can I expect?
Every quarter, you will receive:
- A hand-written letter
- A 5 × 7 fresh art print
- A 4 × 6 print postcard
- A curated book of the quarter
- Stickers
- Quarterly inspo with various tasks and corners of the internet or the world
- Surprises 👀
How often do letters arrive?
Mail is sent quarterly, by the second last week of each quarter. Typically letters in the US should arrive within a week!
If you are ever missing a piece of mail, please reach out!
When are letters sent?
Letters are sent during the second-to-last week of each quarter.
As long as you sign up before the first week of the last month of the quarter, you will receive mail for that quarter. If you miss the cutoff, your first letter will arrive with the next mailing. No stress. Nothing gets skipped. Just shifted forward.
Who is the Snail Mail Club for?
This club is for people who love mail, art, and fun things!
If opening an envelope feels exciting to you, you are probably in the right place.
Do I need to write back?
Not at all. But we'd love to hear from you!!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel via your account settings.
What if I need to change my address or cancel?
You can directly edit your address under "manage account", or you can email us at vicky@midnightlibrary.co.
We can update your address or end your subscription for you. No stress.
What if I did not get my letter?
Sometimes mail takes the scenic route. Sometimes it gets sent back to us.
We usually wait until the end of the mailing window to allow time for returns. If a letter comes back, we resend it.
If something goes missing, we will reach out to USPS on your behalf. And if all else fails, we will refund you for that mailing.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! Snail mail makes a wonderful gift.
Just head to the sign-up page and enter your friend's name and mailing address instead of your own. They'll receive all the handwritten letters, art prints, and surprises right at their door.
You can use your own email if you'd like to manage the subscription yourself.
